- Subscribe to our updates
You may not:

- Try to hack or damage our website
- Copy our content without permission

- Mobile & Web App Development
- Branding & Graphic Design
- Marketing & Strategy
All projects are governed by individual contracts and these terms.\
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide project requirements and materials on time
- Make payments according to agreed schedules
- Respond to our communications within 5 business days
- Test and approve work within reasonable timeframes
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to start work
- Final payment due upon project completion
- Payment due within 30 days of invoice
- Late payments may incur service charges
Intellectual Property
You own:
- Content and materials you provide to us
- Final deliverables after full payment
We own:
- Our methods and processes
- Reusable code and templates
- Right to show work in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise)
Revisions and Changes
- Reasonable revisions are included in project scope
- Major changes outside original scope will incur additional costs
- Final approval must be provided in writing
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” Our total liability for any project shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific project.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost profits or business
- Third-party service failures
- Issues caused by your misuse of deliverables
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Wyoming state law. Any disputes must be resolved in Wyoming courts.
